Your therapist applies a treatment mask — clay, herbal or hydrating depending on your skin — across the body, then wraps you in warm sheets so the ingredients absorb while you rest. The wrap holds body heat, which opens the pores and lets the blend work deeper than a surface application would.
You will be shown to a private room with an attached shower. Tell your therapist at the start where you are carrying tension and whether you want light, medium or firm pressure — and say so any time during the session if you want it changed. Fresh linen, towels and disposable undergarments are provided for every guest.
