Liva Thai Spa is open every day of the week from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including Sundays and public holidays. The last appointment is taken at 10:00 PM.

Walk-ins are welcome and we will always try to fit you in, but evenings and weekends fill up. Calling or WhatsApping 084220 04388 an hour ahead guarantees your slot and lets us assign the therapist best suited to what you need.

Yes. Paid parking is available within the Laxmi Business Park compound, and there is street parking on the service road during off-peak hours.

Yes. Every therapist at Liva is professionally trained in the techniques they practise, and our senior staff have formal training in traditional Thai massage. If you have a specific concern, tell us when booking and we will assign the right person.

Yes. Our treatment rooms are private and most have an attached shower, so you can rinse before and after your treatment. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Come in whatever is comfortable. For oil massages you will be given disposable undergarments and draped with towels throughout — you are never exposed. For Thai dry massage and reflexology you stay in loose clothing, which we can provide.

Absolutely, and you should. Tell your therapist at the start whether you want light, medium or firm, and say something the moment anything feels too strong. Adjusting pressure mid-treatment is completely normal.

Yes. Our couple massage places two tables in a single private room with two therapists working at the same time. It is ₹3,499 for sixty minutes and should be booked ahead as we have limited couple rooms.

Cash, all major UPI apps, debit and credit cards. Memberships can be paid the same way and are activated immediately.

You pay once and receive a set number of sessions to use across the month — 8 sessions for ₹10,000, 13 for ₹15,000, 23 for ₹20,000 or 35 for ₹30,000. Sessions are non-transferable and we track your balance for you.

Linen and towels are changed for every single guest, rooms and showers are cleaned between appointments, and disposable undergarments are provided fresh. Our licences are displayed at reception.

Yes. Call us and we will arrange a gift voucher for any treatment or package, which the recipient can redeem at their convenience.

We are a walk-in spa, not a home-service provider, but guests travel to us regularly from Oshiwara, Goregaon, DN Nagar, Juhu, Versova, Lokhandwala and Jogeshwari — most are within a fifteen-minute drive.
