The therapist works the scrub across the back, arms, legs and torso in circular motions, lifting away dead skin cells and stimulating circulation, then finishes with a warm shower and a light moisturising application.
You will be shown to a private room with an attached shower. Tell your therapist at the start where you are carrying tension and whether you want light, medium or firm pressure — and say so any time during the session if you want it changed. Fresh linen, towels and disposable undergarments are provided for every guest.
